Fines Related to Hazardous Materials

Article 59: Fines must be paid when committing a violation related to containers containing hazardous materials (failure to declare, incorrect declaration, improper stacking, improper packaging, failure to comply with labeling, etc.) as detailed in Circular No. 1029 dated 6/Feb/2026 (Appendix).
